CHOP CHOP INC MAP AND LOCATIONS GUIDE
Use a game-data map with confirmed trees, ducks, blueprints, teleporters and landmarks, then follow focused guides for quest-gated routes.
Chop Chop Inc has no in-game map or compass, but a current community map now renders coordinates extracted from the game files. Its August 23 snapshot contains 339 mapped objects, including 307 trees, 7 Rubber Ducks, 2 Blueprints, 12 Teleporters, and 8 Landmarks. Use those coordinates for orientation and the focused guides for progression-gated routes.
Current Map Coverage
| Marker type | Confirmed records |
|---|---|
| Birch Trees | 125 |
| Apple Trees | 22 |
| Stone Trees | 19 |
| Walnut Trees | 38 |
| Metal Trees | 20 |
| Electronic Trees | 30 |
| Palm Trees | 14 |
| Crystal Trees | 39 |
| Rubber Ducks | 7 |
| Blueprints | 2 |
| Teleporters | 12 |
| Landmarks | 8 |
The map separates Overworld and Dungeon layers and uses marker elevation relative to camp. Seven of the game's 13 Rubber Ducks currently have coordinate records; the remaining six should not be assigned invented positions.
What the Official World Description Confirms
The official store material describes a handcrafted world rather than a procedurally generated one. It confirms distinct areas, exploration, secrets, city progression, and unusual Stone, Metal, and Electric trees alongside ordinary resources. It does not publish a route order, area coordinates, or a complete overhead map.
That means location guidance has two evidence levels. The world structure and named resource types come from official material, while precise paths come from post-release community reports and gameplay footage. When those sources conflict, this guide marks the route as not verified instead of combining incompatible descriptions.
Headquarters, City, and Progression Gates
Headquarters is the production center where the player processes resources, crafts furniture, expands machinery, and returns between objectives. City development opens customers, missions, character upgrades, and additional opportunities according to the collected overview. A locked route may therefore indicate missing progression rather than a hidden switch.
Track what each new quest or upgrade changes before assuming a doorway is broken. Community material mentions fast-travel doors and other route gates, but not every opening condition is supported by more than one source. Specific requirements should be verified in the current build.
Rare Tree Regions
Stone, Metal, and Electric trees are confirmed unusual resource types. The strongest current Stone Tree material connects access with later exploration, water travel, and a cave near the mine route, although an older source gives a conflicting “annoying fishes” island description. The dedicated Stone Tree page keeps those versions separate.
The extracted map records 20 Metal Trees and 30 Electronic Trees, providing stronger release-build evidence than undated clips. Use their map markers for the resource run, but remember that reaching a coordinate can still require a quest, tool, or traversal unlock.
Mine and Lava Areas
One researched locations index states that the mineshaft entrance is in the truck tunnel and is gated by Shelldon's quest. It also names the Giant Worm and Lava Cave as interior landmarks. Claims about gems inside the mine were not verified and should not be treated as guaranteed loot.
The mine also contains the initial treasure map referenced by the treasure walkthrough. After obtaining that map, the player goes to the beach and chops the X on the ground to reveal the objective. Follow that order to reduce the risk of quest tracking problems described by players.
Beach and Treasure Landmark
The clearest treasure-map route is short: obtain the map in the mine, travel to the beach, find the X in the ground, and chop it. The recorded video shows the X as the interaction point rather than a separate shovel mechanic. The resulting loot can then be turned in as directed by the quest.
The treasure guide remains the better source for the Beach X interaction because map coordinates alone do not explain quest order. Search the ground rather than the water or nearby structures, and obtain the Mine treasure map before opening the objective.
Frozen Area and Vertical Exploration
The Frozen Area appears in the duck and Zen Stone research. The Crystal Duck is reported near the back of an ice cave, and multiple Zen Stone clues require following elevated routes and eventually reaching the mountain. Some access depends on later equipment and a repaired elevator.
Treat height as part of navigation. Collected videos repeatedly show items above, below, or behind the obvious route, including chain platforms and mountain paths. Look back after climbing and inspect lower branches near major platforms.
Collectibles Across the Map
The full-release duck research reports 13 hidden Rubber Ducks and one separate craftable Golden Duck. Confirmed landmark clues include a bridge, Frozen Area cave, Spooky Forest, Drone Platform, river island, pipe below the City Table, and broken ship. Several other duck names lack dependable written routes.
Zen Stones and blueprints are separate collectible groups. The blueprint material specifically confirms the Candy Dispenser and Globe recipes in a drop-down route, while the Zen Stone video documents 19 stones across several regions. Do not combine their locations or counts.
Exploring Efficiently
Bundle objectives by region instead of making a separate trip for every collectible. Rare trees, ducks, treasure clues, and recipes can share the same broader area. Carry inventory space and note any locked door, strange object, or unreachable ledge for a return trip after new equipment is unlocked.
Recheck community landmarks after patches because route gates and interactions can change. Keep manual saves before quest-sensitive exploration when possible. If a landmark is missing, confirm the current build and prerequisite before assuming the source is false.
